Excellent service from the time I called, I went in they had exactly what I was looking for they delivered the washer and dryer promptly and the delivery guys were great they hooked up the set and went through everything and explained all the options on the washer. Great delivery Cody and William. Definitely will be back when I need another appliance

Ordered bedroom furniture & mattresses for myself & my son. Had to wait a bit longer to receive our orders but delay was due to Covid not Leon’s. The delivery went smoothly & the drivers were courteous. Lorinda was very helpful as our salesperson. Overall a very good experience.

Upon entering you are greeted by a very polite and professional young lady. Like all public places your temperature is taken and you are asked to sanitize your hands. This is the norm these days. New house by Avi, wife not happy with stove, wanted a switch out, and at the last minute. Wife was very frustrated with all the move. But thankfully for Trail appliance(west end) to come to the rescue, not only for a fridge , but a stove my wife wanted. Do not get we wrong it was not easy dealing with a cranky lady of the house. They understood and came to help us. As well with a very quick delivery. That is service at its best

TALKED WITH ONE OF THE TECHS ABOUT A REPAIRMAN AND EVEN THOUGH THEY DONT SUPPLY THEM, HE WAS WILLING TOI DISCUSS THE MODEL AND ISSUE AND WITHIN MINUTES HIS KNOWLEDGE AND HELPFULNESS HAS SAVED ME A COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS IN DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR. TOLD ME THE PART KIT I NEEDED AND OFF WE WENT. THANK YOU

I've been shopping here since 2008 and have got to know some of the staff here. The service is excellent which is why I continue to shop here. I can't say enough good things about Wendy and Joyce. My one complaint is that Shaunda no longer works there ! Whoever takes her place has some very large shoes to fill !

Paul knows his stuff, he ordered the part for my washer, came to do the repair and went straight to work. The repair was done in no time at all. EXCELLENT service, and reasonable prices.
