We had our new refridgerator delivered today by Arnett, Adre and Brandan. They were on time coutious and over the top in assisting me in order for them to get the old one out and the new one in.
The whole experience from the phone staff, the sales personnel and the delivery people has been a great experience when often a major applince purrchase can be streeful and upsetting. I finally reached Leon's about an issue I had with getting through to their store and from the reviews I have read I am not the only one. I explained to an amazing young lady what was happening and she assured me she would let the manager know. She then proceeded to help me with the reason I wanted to call in the first place to my absolute satisfaction. She was extremely kind, courteous and very professional. Her name is Gurleen. Leon's is lucky to have her on staff.
