excellent place to eat ......go there @ least twice a week breakfast are the cheapest around during the week ....been there for stek its done to perfection ,,,service is number 1 they are always courteous ...those who complain don't know when good food is at its best ...I've been to other restaurants for breakfast its like 9.50 no fancy on the plates like no orange slices or tomatoes and cukes .....sign. has orange slices even at 6.77 ...and if you don't take the fries they will put tomatoes...
Although the food was decent, the service was the worse we have ever experienced. I wanted to take my son out to a nice dinner, so we went there and both ordered full course meals.
By the time the food was at out table though, we were both on our second beer. Although we were not upset, I do remember striking up a conversation with the patrons next to us about the slow service. We weren't in that much of a rush so when the waiter suggested we get the wings we accepted.
However, we didn't realize we were both full from the full course meals we had just ordered and it was getting late. However, they would not let us take the wings with us or give us a refund.
It was eat in only but we didn't know because we didn't go there for wings, the waiter never told us either. We had been there over an hour and a half so far when all we wanted to do was eat and be on our way. However, leaving a near full two orders of wings was unacceptable.
On top of this the waiter actually yelled at us and when my dad made a comment about them wasting food, she said "we don't want 'your kind of people' coming back here. To this day I don't understand what she was referring too. Regardless we have not been back since.
Barring this extreme example, I know friends who have had similar experiences where they would screw up an order and not be very sympathetic towards the customer.
We do eat out regularly and I would personally recommend Casey's on the Kingsway or Pat & Marios in New Sudbury. Umai Sushi on Paris is also very good if you are looking for Asian food. Each of these places we have eaten regularly for years and have never had such poor service.
I have been to Signatures several times. Each time, the food is amazing! I love this restaurant, and prefer this one to all of the restaurants in Sudbury.
My favorites are the cheese spinach dip, and the smoky chicken wrap. Mmmmmm!
On one occasion, I had a ditzy waitress that "forgot" to bring me my appetizer. But, overall, the service is excellent, and I would reccomend this place to everyone.
We had a great meal at Signatures in Chelmsford. The food was excellent, as was the service. A great experience all around. Our server was very personable, knowledgeable and friendly.
The restaurant size, decor, and lighting is nice (not too dark or too bright). Another thing-- they offered fresh grated parmesan cheese with our salads and pasta which was a lovely (and delicious) touch.
This is a hidden treasure restaurant! My mother and I decided to go and we had a fantastic time!
Everything was quick and we had a young brunette as our server who was sweet, precise and fast!
11/10 in our books! Will return again and again and again!
They screw up your order, then they charge you more that what was on their menu.
Its in black & white on their menu and the customer is still wrong in their eyes.
Stay away, they deserve to go out of business.
I go out of my way to go to Signatures. Every single thing we've eaten there is excellent, and we try to go every Friday.
I love their wings and my husband loves the cheese capelletti. Their strawberry daiquiris are so yummy too.
The prices are so reasonable. When we go, we usually get an appetizer, then 2 full meals, along with 2 drinks, and it only costs about $40 bucks total.
