It is with regret that I submit this review. I have been to this restuarant a few times, and chose to make a reservation for a special occasion this past week. I have never had a more appalling restaurant experience, that could so easily have had a better outcome. I would be willing to testify in a court of law that nothing was done to compensate for my experience, and to add insult to injury, when we tried to clear it up by phone after the fact, we were actually yelled at by the owner and falsely accused of a number of erroneous things. This last statement makes me wonder if there wasn't another table equally unhappy that evening. I will never return and will share my experience whenever possible, as this kind of behaviour is never acceptable in the service industry - but especially when the meal was mediocre at best.

My husband found this little place about 4 years ago when we were in Parksville for a family vacation. We had no reservation and they were able to find us a table outside in no time, since then we continue to come here as our 'date night', even more exciting since we now have 2 little ones! The food is excellent, the atmosphere is wonderful and the staff are reasonable quick and courteous. We have never had any major issues, and now with the no smoking with in 3 feet of any building I am hoping the only thing that ever annoyed me is no longer an issue! Over all a wonderful time and a fabulous price!
