Great customer service. Thank you! When the waitress set down my Long Island Iced Tea, I picked it up & instantly the bottom of the glass broke away dumping the whole 'tall' glass of ice etc all over the table, splashing onto our faces, clothes & the seat. The waitresses were very appologetic, promptly cleaned up the mess-even offered to give me a shirt to wear! Also, my fresh drink, meal, PLUS the two other meals at the table were on the house! I have had dinner at this restaurant for 33 years, the previous owners were wonderful as are the owners now. The food is exceptional and the menu continues to be what I have enjoyed over the years. There is no Korean restaurant that I have experienced that compares to Bul Go Gi, and I sincerely hope they stay in business for a long time. We enjoy all dishes but continue over the years to pick our favourites: Deep fried Wontons, Mountain Vegetables, bbque chicken, spicy pork chop and always, Bul Go Gi! Lire plus

1st time to Chop for a girls night out! We had the best time ever and the food was fabulous! Our server Taylor was so amazing and went above and beyond with all our requests and there were quite a few for sure! She had a lot of patience and made sure we got everything we needed. We were there for 4 hours and it was the perfect night! The whole experience was so much fun-we’ve decided that we are Keg converts! We will be back! I love the fresh baked treats, and the drink selection is awesome! The fruity ciders are my favourite! AND they have Mario Kart and couches in the Cafe! We went with a few family members. We ordered a variety of dishes and shared evereything. The food was wonderful and the drinks were great too. I would highly reccomend this place for anyone looking for somewhere nice to go. We found it to be fairly busy though so make sure to book reservations so you don't have to wait. I never saw it before it was renovated; however, I have been several times since they re-opened, and I've loved it every time. I have been to this restaurant several times and compared it to the other sushi restaurants in Sherwood Park. Matsuya is the best by a long shot! The service is great, portions are generous, and prices are reasonable.
