Not only did they help me in processing my claim but also drove me to the nearest police station to submit report. I own a 2008 Benz. All those people who have one and driver seat is busted;due to cheap fabric as the origin. MB will replacing the entire seat if you still covered under warranty. If not you are left to foot the bill. Go to Mike Upholstery and you can get this fix like brand new with better quality material for a fraction of the price.
