Sauls auto is dependable, fair pricing, and superb service. He has always taken time to clarify questions when needed. He has been servicing our cars for years, including a honda, jetta, and of course our volvos. His wife Daisy runs the front end of shop and is so courteous and thoughtful. They helped us with an emergency repair. We were from out of town for medical appointments and needed help .

Anna, who works the front desk, was in constant communication with me through phone and e-mail with updates. She was an absolute pleasure. Brian, who was the magician behind the entire process. The team at Mainway is top notch. Janice, Brad and the service team are all excellent. I refuse to take my car anywhere else. They are the best around. When I had issues with my Mercedes parts warranty, Brad went to the dealership to ensure that I was being taken care of and they were not parts bombing my car. He was not getting paid for this and in no way was he responsible for the car, but he did it anyway to make sure I was being treated fairly. Honest, reliable and friendly.

We went back to Woodchester Collision and they took 10 mins. and fixed the mark for us, all done with a big smile. Great service - above and beyond. Thoroughly recommend Woodchester Collision.
