I have dealt with Doug for many years & have bought my last 3 used cars off him. I am going to hopefully be buying car #4 off him too. The reason I have bought so many cars from him is because I only spend $1500.00 so obviously they are cars that have their issues after years. He is fair with trade ins & price.

Hi Guys...I just wanted to drop you a line regarding my recent snow tire purchase. I am extremely happy with my new Toyo Tires on my 2012 Prius. They run smoothly and quietly. Handling is excellent. You were able to work me in between other appointments and provided me with honest advice and superior service. I felt the price was reasonable and the work was done to my complete satisfaction. Should be called the honest mechanic. The owner Paul is very polite and informative. He will help you, give advice and tell you what he thinks will work even if it doesn't benefit his business. He's so honest and the work and prices are great! He goes above and beyond what any mechanic has ever done for us! Saved our car from the cracked head gasket while we're here for a shutdown. Definitely recommend this shop!!

phoned CTC on Sunday, said they couldn't look at it till Wednesday. They had no record my appointment. After a hour and a half wait they said they couldn't fix it. Call muffler man they said bring it right in. Soon as I arrived they took it right in in a few minutes they gave me a very reasonable quote and could have it fixed in 45 minutes. Thanks

On our way to bring our daughter to college in Barrie and the gas tank strap broke on my Toyota.6:30 am with two vehicle full where do we go? First time coming to cardinals today. Omg! The staff super friendly.. the entrance was super clean. They looked over my car updated me right away. Didn't have to wait for my car to be checked and did exhaust repairs didnt do anthing until I confirmed for them to go ahead. Took 1 hour for repairs and there super cheap and affordable. I was expecting 500 dollar qoute nope. It was 267 with tax just shy of 300. By far the best place ever. I will be going here again in the feautre. Highly recommend.

We had bodywork done on our car a few months ago. Unfortunately, something rubbed against the car and put a nasty mark on one of the newly painted car doors. We went back to Woodchester Collision and they took 10 mins. and fixed the mark for us, all done with a big smile. Great service - above and beyond. Thoroughly recommend Woodchester Collision.

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from OK Tire in Burlington. The tires are phenomenal, they were able to order my run-flats within one day and accommodate my appointment request, and charged a third of what I was quoted at my car dealership. This included balancing and they even deducted the money I paid the day prior to have my summer tires installed, which they indicated (as did the dealership)needed to be replaced. I have had an excellent experience.
