Greetings, I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department. This not a complaint at all. I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business. I have been a customer at Fountain Tire for 2 years, which included buying winter tires and rims and then the spring change back to my all season tires with rims, plus tire storage. Raven has always been so good to deal with. They put fender flares on my husbands truck. Installed them in a timely manner for reasonable price. I needed a bolt for my tonneau cover and the lady there was so efficient and friendly and found me the part very quickly. Highly recommend Raven Truck Accessories.
