I had them come and fix my windshield on my Escalade all in all he is a great guy great service very friendly very polite I will definitely recommend any time if you need your windshield repaired and you cant get out he is the person to call I will definitely be calling him again if I need any other service done

I have been dealing with then for about 20 years and have always been impressed by their workmanship and honesty. When your mechanic, who is making money on your problem 10 year old truck, tells you that maybe you should unload it, its wonderful advice that you need to heed.

The team at Mainway is top notch. Janice, Brad and the service team are all excellent. I refuse to take my car anywhere else. They are the best around. When I had issues with my Mercedes parts warranty, Brad went to the dealership to ensure that I was being taken care of and they were not parts bombing my car. He was not getting paid for this and in no way was he responsible for the car, but he did it anyway to make sure I was being treated fairly. Honest, reliable and friendly.

I went to 9 different shops and all could not take me in. Now I have a 1966 Mercury and it's my baby. It's always in my line of sight. I wanted to stay with my car, but Mario put me at ease and looked after it like it was his. He had to change the passenger rear axle bearing and u joints. Surprisingly the shop is well equipped and Mario knows his craft. He not only fixed my baby I was impressed at the fact that he knew exactly to do, I left my car in great hands! Thank you Mario!!!!

Got my line x spray on bed liner done at Krown/Line-X on Plains road in Burlington today and say enough how impressed I was with everyone from the installer to the owner.
Special note of thanks to the receptionist (my apologies) for putting my mind at ease throughout the entire process.
I live more than 2 hours from here Abd will definitely return to have the new vehicle rust proofed here.

My car was acting up and making all sorts of strange noises. I was treated great right from the start. I was given a free courtesy car and we got right back to our day. The follow up was amazing. I got pictures and a written estimate right on my phone. The repair was right on time and at the exact price that I agreed to to. And, they washed my car befor i got it back.

Dave got us on our way after a wheel bearing went south on our way to the states. We were really stuck,having to leave early next morning,despite being slammed with work, Dave took a car off the hoist and repaired mine within 2 hours! Should be called the honest mechanic. The owner Paul is very polite and informative. He will help you, give advice and tell you what he thinks will work even if it doesn't benefit his business. He's so honest and the work and prices are great! He goes above and beyond what any mechanic has ever done for us! Saved our car from the cracked head gasket while we're here for a shutdown. Definitely recommend this shop!!
