PC Pros was able to recover all our family photos, we thought we might have lost our photos forever. Vern, the owner of PC Pros, personally recovered all our documents and pictures and email. We are so happy with their service.

Apple no longer makes these products anymore and no longer services them, This was sad news to me because I depend on my ipod for holding all my music where I go, something I really value. I remembered Jason from Neteffect who now works at Downtown digital. He was able to fix both of my ipods for their broken headphone jack and replaced a battery for a very reasonable price.
