He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. This clinic is so thorough and detailed! They are really top of the notch. I bring my entire family to see Dr. Kim Krmpotic. She is just delightful! She's a beautiful person inside and out. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to make my 3 year old feel comfortable before she starts checking his eyes.
