Top notch customer service! I needed a battery replaced but unable to get my car boosted/started to get there. They offered to come to me to get it up and running so I could get it there. In the end it had to be towed. But they got the work done in record time as I had my vehicle back before the end of day. Thank you and your crew!

The home depot staff has been guiding us through our renovation project for the past two months. They have helped us choosing the right tools and materials, wether we would buy or rent. They worked with us on how to tackle plumbing, electrical,... They are really great with returns if something does not work out or you bought too much of something, you can rent their van for $20 to take the larger stuff home... Great service! Tks for everything!!

Amazing amount and variety of stock! Well organized. Solid quality items, not cheap junk. I doubt you will find better prices anywhere. At the Lethbridge Home Depot today, we bought several components to make cabinets. Unfortunately, we don't know the name of the great lady who helped us. She lifted some very heavy boxes, climbed up on a ladder to get some very hard to get other packages we needed and overall was very helpful and courteous. We want her and her supervisors to know what a valued employee she is so I hope someone there recognizes this particular purchase. Thanks again!

I always like shopping here. Staff are pleasant and very helpful. I can find pretty well whatever I need (though I wish they carried nails in bulk). Ive bought everything from lights to paint and area rugs and lumber. Returns are never a problem. By far the best prices on quality
9V batteries, too.

We were at Co-op Home Centre this afternoon and have never had a person in the department as condescending as today. As if I had never painted before. Instead of helping find what I needed he talked as though I should know where it was. He was most condescending. Hope he was not that way to others. The male person next to me was treated with respect.

There aren't enough character spaces in the small space to tell you how appreciative and grateful I was for the exceptional service at the Chinook store in Calgary - There was a customer service rep that helped me whose name was Paul and another customer service rep who was very helpful who I don't know his name plus the two guys that help me carry and load an awkward huge window .

Please let the store manager have access to my comments: On Saturday June 20th/20 I was at your store to purchase two patio chairs. I was helped by a fellow named Robin from the garden centre. The help he gave me was terrific. He put the chairs on a cart, pushed them to my car. The two packages were quite large and would not fit in my car as they were. He took the time to cut open each package and put the chair parts in my trunk and they both fit.
He did a fantastic job.

This chain, including this store, is handyman's dream store. It is great for an eclectic selection of tools (mechanic's, auto body, hydraulic, sheet metal, fabrication, welding, etc.), an amazing surplus department with computer parts, cables, ammo boxes, and a host of other things; their automotive electric and trailer departments are quite thoroughly equipped, and they stock many hard to find items. The only problem that I have with this chain is that they still need to open in Fort McMurray

I only like dealing with Tracy B from the back... shes the best and has helped me with so many of my ridiculous projects and unfulfilled project dreams its CRAZY! Shes never been wrong when she says what I need to make stuff happen and Ive caught her several times trying to go for lunch but she helps me anyway. I think PA needs to clone her for the other stores because I never get that kind of service anywhere else!

Not from the area and had to stop in a time pinch for supplies ... Happy we decided to turn in rather then driving further to neighbor community. Exceptional service from Carole in Paint Department ... the lady knows her stuff!
Knowledgeable staff in building supplies and out in the yard too. Cashier was very personable as well.

They do have the largest selection in Calgary and if you are looking for cost effective cabinet hardware or custom pieces made specifically for you they will be able to find exactly what you are after.
