He knows allot! I always get him to do some odd jobs, for example the last thing I got him to do was get some photos off my old flip phone onto my computer. Before that I got him to convert my old tapes into CDs. He is also helpful with programs, iTunes wouldn't find my music one day but he was able to get everything back on, and quick too!

Caring, patient, and very educated staff! They are with you every step of the way, and explain things to you very clearly before asking you to make a decision. They always keep you involved in the process, but do most of the work for you. They are very professional and an amazing team to have by your side if you are in a lawsuit. I was glad to hear Foot Works has varied hours with some late days to accomodate my work schedule. I love that Foot Works is directly across from the Bauer Lofts near Uptown Waterloo . I loved the friendliness of the staff, the relaxing foot baths while being served coffee, and the quality of treatments. I was relaxed, attended to and my feet feel better already.

Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free.
