My wife and I bought a big screen tv from this location. We got home and when we had it unboxed We discovered the screen was cracked. We so very stressed and concerned that we would have a big process to get the tv replaced. When we tried calling the store there was no answer. We decided to box the tv and bring it back. We were greatly surprised as to how easy it was to get the tv replaced. No discussion, just a direct offer to replace the tv! We were amazed by this great service!

Will Taylor at Bow-Mel Chrysler provides the kind of service that keeps me coming back and recommending him to others. He is always friendly, knows his stuff and really cares and goes the extra mile to not just satisfy but impress customers. I bought a new 2014 Cherokee at Bow-Mel again because of the service I got from Will. I knew I would be taken care of.

I have to say, when I find I have Sunny as my checkout clerk I smile. He's a great guy with a (sunny) disposition. His line is always the longest and he get's his job done expertly and in good time. Shopping is not my favorite thing to do so it's nice to deal with a pleasant staff member.

Went today for a vaccination at the Fort Street Shoppers and to buy some make up. The lady at the make up counter (blonde, European I think) is brilliant. She picked out exactly the right colour lipstick and foundation for me; I only realized just what good choices when I got home. Thank you!
