Service D'Assurance Universel Inc did not even take my side of the story when I was the one making the claim because I did not speak french. When I called to make a complaint the manager lied to cover up for her colleague. WATCH OUT! if Bella is your adjuster, she will make you 100% at fault if you happen to be English.
