I went to this place for a quote to re-cord my lawn mower. After deciding not to move forward (I found it expensive and the guys attitude ridiculous), they returned my lawn mower disassembled.

Had persistent intermittent priming problems with 3.5HP Briggs & Stratton Classic mower engine. These people gave me sound advice, so I replaced the carburetor assembly. After 30 minutes of work the machine primed and started on the first pull:- now it behaves like new.
