I placed an order for two different sized envelopes on April 2nd. It mentioned that the processing time was 7 business days. I did not hear anything from the company after 10 business days. I emailed them and called them with no answer. I emailed the company and PayPal to refund my order, as I had not heard anything from the company. Within six hours, the company refunded/canceled my order. Not impressed. This company needs to reevaluate their customer service.

They take your money and delivery is 3 to 4 weeks maybe.

The envelopes I ordered look beautiful. The glue did not stick but the company got back to me and refunded me in full. Very happy about that.

Awful so far. Crossing my fingers somebody will get back to me as I ordered $160 worth of envelopes 11 days ago and haven't heard a peep (guaranteed to be mailed out within 7 days or you will hear.) They don't answer phone or email. Terrible.

HORRENDOUSE!!! do not place an order with the company... they do not carry stock. We paid for 2 day rush order, they have a small disclaimer on your confirmation email, after payment was made, that it will take them 7 days to process the order... that is the time it takes them to ship it in and only then they ship to you... beware!

Wow. Such a disap...

Wow. Such a disappointment. I found lovely cardstock, which they said was in stock. Great! Then, it's not in stock and has to come from Toronto. Then, 25 days from order, they still can't ship yet....I cancelled my order. I don't think they were being honest with me from the beginning.

Do not order from this company. If you have the same experience as I did you will be sadly disappointed.
