I have been going to this nail salon for about 5 years now and the service is stellar! The massage chairs are fabulous and they work wonderfully. The technicians are friendly too. I've never had a bad experience. I highly recommend them!

Terrible service & they never gave my change back

Very unfriendly from the second I walked in. decided to only get a pedicure to see if the nail techs were any good since their attitudes weren't. my pedi was just ok, my feet aren't as soft as they usually are and the polish is a bit on my skin.. worst part of the pedicure was the chair... it hardly worked,I hardly it massaging me (I was really looking forward to that) it came to $28 I gave her a $10 & $20 and she never gave me my change back. Usually I tip $10.. this time the $2 she kept was it

Honestly the WORST costumer service you can possibly have. Not even ONE smile on ANY of their faces. Pulling your own teeth is easier than pulling info from them about nails and prices. Only one person barely spoke English and the rest didn't, and all the time I tried to be nice enough to defuse the tension while interacting Cz it was so awkward. I was even worried about telling them exactly what I want Cz their tone wasn't nice as it is.
