    Couldnt ask for more, great people to deal with!

    We just wanted to thank Chris and his guys for the amazing renovation work you did in our house. The house looks terrific and the design you suggested is perfect. We are so impressed with your professionalism and your experience in every area that we were interested in renovating, thank you for never leaving a mess and for your honesty and sincerity.     Thank you for making my house my dream

    I would like to thank BIC for a job wonderfully done. Thank you for taking my house from a regular house and turning it into a beautifully renovated modern home. The tiles, hardwood, and bathrooms are stunning especially your incredible mosaic design in between all the rooms on the floor...I get compliments on it every time I have company. Also thank you for the walls you tore down and redesigned...never could have i imagined my house could look so good and open with light streaming in from everywhere, the fireplace looks fabulous and we have recommended you to everyone that has fell in love with our new home thanks to you Chris. Will be getting in touch with you again very soon for our basement. Thank you. Irene

    Outstanding Service and Workmanship

    Chris and his crew had finished my basement about a year ago now. What can i say, he was very knowledgeable, courteous, and FAST! The work he did was amazing, a lot of custom finishing and complex designs, but he flew thru them like they were nothing. I was very impressed at how clean and tidy him and his workers would leave the basement everyday, they swept and cleaned up everything daily. He had shown me there really is a difference when it comes to the materials he was using, he doesn't cut corners. His prices are very fair, and his workmanship is the best i seen. He was here on time everyday, and worked hard the whole time. He left me worry free, as he did all the arranging with plumbers, electricians and disposal units. I would definitely hire Barrie Innovative Contracting again, and i always recommend his company to all my close friends and family. Thanks a million. Amazing work
