Agent was antagonistic as hell. She recorded wrong license plate number on my insurance papers and other incorrect data. These people are literally impossible to reach by phone; 3 numbers but none work. And their product is expensive: $1,000 per year for bike insurance (includes forever safe driving ���discount���) va $830 with ICBC.
