Sandoz 3D Filaments

Bought 10 Rolls, first roll was great. opened 2nd roll and it was TANGLED on the spool. Contacted them and was told it was USER fault, I sent picture of other rolls still SEALED in the original bag, and yet he still says users error.... DO NOT USE.... still in the original bag, and after taking it out... third is another roll in the original SEALED bag still blaming user error... next excuse had to block them.
